Mit dem Live-Gang des Projektportals ist der Upload von Bildern und Text-Botschaften eröffnet. Nun sind die Bürger*innen der Stadt Itzehoe gefragt. Was bewegt euch, mit welchen Augen erlebt ihr die Stadt? Oder welche Themen beschäftigen euch? Reiche eine Text-Botschaft ein oder ein Bild, das dir am Herzen liegt. Hier sind (fast) keine Grenzen gesetzt. Entwirf dein ganz persönliches Fassadenbild oder eine Text-Illumination und lasse andere Bürger*innen daran teilhaben.

„Gerade in dieser pandemiebedingten Zeit ist es wichtig, neue Formen des Austauschs zu finden und mit den Menschen trotz Abstandsgebot in einen Dialog zu treten. Als soziokulturelles Zentrum und gegenwartsorientierter Dritter Ort für Kultur- und Bildung im ländlichen Raum möchten wir mit unserem Projekt Lumen + Colours die digitale und analoge Teilhabe zusammenbringen und einen interaktiven Raum schaffen, in dem sich jeder beteiligen kann”, so Ingrid Ebinal, Geschäftsführerin vom K9 KulturBahnhof Viktoria.

Künstlerische und dokumentarische Bilder aus den Beständen der teilnehmenden Bürger*innen oder aus dem kulturellen Erbe der Region geben der Stadt temporär ein neues Gesicht.
„Vor allem die Verbindung von verschiedenen Wahrnehmungsebenen – die Verschmelzung von Realität und künstlerischer Lichtprojektion verleihen dem Projekt besondere Emotionen und Aufmerksamkeit, die zum Verweilen und Mitmachen einladen.”, so Franca Engel, Projektleiterin für Lumen + Colours.

Im Februar 2021 starten bereits die ersten Projektionen. Geplant ist wöchentlich in den Abendstunden auf die Bahnhofsfassade zu projizieren und dies bis in den April hinein. Die zweite Projektions-Phase ist zum Herbst geplant. Zum Auftakt wird das kulturelle Erbe der Region fokussiert mit Motiven von Wenzel Hablik.
